Shipping and returns

If you need to contact us with a question about shipping or delivery, please include your order number, full name on order, and/or email in relation to order. You can contact us here.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

Orders are guaranteed to be processed within 3 to 7 business days upon receipt of your order. Please keep this in mind when estimating your overall delivery time. In general, orders within the United States are shipped via USPS and take two to four weeks to arrive. 

This is to ensure maximum quality and given that many of our products are sourced from overseas, it may take a while to come through customs. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages (incorrect addresses) however we can accommodate for damaged items on arrival and packages lost in transit (tracking number must show so).

My Modern Styles accepts no responsibility for orders non-received despite ‘delivered’ status to the stated delivery address, as proven by USPS or other domestic postal trackers. If your tracking shows it was delivered by USPS, yet you do not have the package, please check with roommates, family members, or other locations outside where USPS may have left the package. Again, we are NOT responsible for lost packages.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
All sales are final on promo items. Unfortunately, we do not take returns or exchanges. Retail items can be returned or exchanged.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you want to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of the order being placed. All cancellations requests after 24 hours cannot be honored as the order will be processed by then.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable):
Refunds are only available for damaged goods upon arrival or missing orders/lost packages (tracking number must show so). Customer must contact us within 2 business days of receiving the item with photo evidence of damaged or missing goods.

We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer or packages stolen after delivery. If the tracking number shows the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
Duties and other import related taxes and fees assessed by the recipient’s local customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. Please allow up to two to four weeks for all International shipments.
