Q. Why do you have free promo items?

A. At My Modern Styles, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience and enjoy the luxury of classic, elegant accessories at an affordable price.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

A. Most orders arrive within 15 business days of the shipping date. We generally ship the item the same day that it is ordered, or no later than 7 days after. Since many of our items are warehoused in Asia, it can take up to 14-34 days for the item to arrive.

Q. Do you take PayPal?

A. Yes, PayPal is our preferred method of payment.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. You can only cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot accept cancellations anytime after

 

Q: What is your 30-day money back guarantee?

Our 30-day money back guarantee protects you for an entire 30 days from the day you receive your items! This means you can return them for a refund or replacement. This also applies if the product breaks so just get in touch and we will sort something out for you!

Q: What is your refund policy?

If we have shipped you the wrong item or an item hasn’t arrived within 35 business days from the day it shipped then we will refund or replace your order upon request.

Q: What is your return policy?

If you receive an item and it doesn’t fit, you changed your mind or you simply don’t like it then you can contact us and we will process a return for you. Unfortunately, we do not provide a shipping label if you decide that you do not want the order after you have received it but please feel free to contact us and we might be able to sort something out for you!

Q: I only received one item, where is the rest of my order?

There is nothing to worry about, the rest of your order is on the way! We ship every item individually so that even if some items aren’t available it won’t hold up the entire order and you will receive every item as fast as possible.

Q: I entered the wrong address, how can I get this fixed?

Send us an email to us ASAP so we can correct this before your order ships out. Please include [WRONG ADDRESS] in the subject line so we notice your high priority issue. Additionally please scroll down for how to contact us on demand.

Q: I don’t want my order, how do I cancel it?

Just like if you were to enter the wrong address for your order please send an email ASAP to us so we can cancel your order for you. Q: I want to change something in my order, how can I do this?

Q: My order status is completed but I don’t have my order?

This simply means that the order has been processed and shipped, essentially the order has been “completed” from our end and is now on its way to you!

 

Q. Why are multiple products not packed together?

A. Most of our items come from different warehouses around the world, so we cannot package items together without driving costs up, unfortunately. Some items do definitely come together however and it should show when you receive your tracking numbers.

Q. Are there any other costs I need to pay for free promo items?

A. All we ask when ordering a free promo accessory is that you cover the shipping and packaging costs that allow us to deliver these items to you. The rate is $9.99 worldwide.

Q. How can you offer free products?

A. Because of our vast purchasing power and a large quantity of orders, we are able to get the lowest possible price. We also have special rates with our logistic partners which ensure we keep shipping and packaging charges to a minimum.
